Requirements
- Minmum Bachelor degree in related field
- Passionate for Sport
- Minimum 2 years experience in Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Process Improvement & Procurement. And also experience in Retail/ FMCG is point plus
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Verbal and Written)
- Strong in Analytical Mindset, Tools Improvement, & Numeric Data
- Ability to manage Performance, priority and action plan
- Comfortable using (Excel, Google suite, & Power BI/Dashboard Tools)
- Familiar with WMS & SAP
- You are comfortable in your communication with Extenal (3PL) & Internal departments inside Decathlon

- Discover end to end Logistics operations (Receiving, storage & Distribution) and also Safety & Security
- Coordinate closely with logistics providers and internal departements
- Identify operational issues and proactively propose improvements
- Understanding Continuous Improvement Culture fundamentals
- Lead the project CI
