Warehouse Officer

We are looking for a Warehouse Officer to support our daily warehouse operations and ensure accurate stock monitoring and data management. This role will be responsible for monitoring stock alerts and physical stock, performing data entry for merchant, SKU, and product information, and preparing daily stock reports.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organised, analytical, and able to work under pressure. Good communication skills, teamwork, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and formulas, are also important for this role.

Job Description

• Monitor stock alerts and identify stock items that require attention.
• Monitor physical stock in the warehouse.
• Perform accurate data entry for merchant, SKU, and product information.
• Prepare and generate daily stock reports.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock data to support daily warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with the relevant team regarding stock-related information and updates.

Requirements

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate.
• Have experience in warehouse, supply chain, inventory, or related areas.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and Excel formulas.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Good analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, honest, and able to work well in a team.
