Warehouse Officer

Qualifications:

• Familiar with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and basic formulas).
• Able to operate SAP, OTM, and Power BI.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related position.
• Minimum education Diploma (D3) / Bachelor's Degree (S1).

Job Description

• Monitor and control daily warehouse activities (receiving, storage, and distribution of goods).
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and data reconciliation.
• Input, update, and maintain warehouse data in SAP, OTM, and Power BI systems.
• Prepare warehouse and inventory reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and related departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Ensure warehouse activities comply with company procedures and safety standards.
• Identify and report discrepancies in stock and warehouse operations.
