Warehouse Officer

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess Bachelor&aposs Degree from any major.
• Minimum 1 year of working experiences in warehouse / inventory control
• Willing to travel around Indonesia
• Required Skills : Microsoft Office, Google Workspaces, Administration.
• Detail-oriented, resilient, neat and perform teamwork spirit.
• Work location : Head Office, West Jakarta.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate with user, procurement, logistic and branch warehouses
• Record the product inbound/outbound on the Warehouse System
• Monitoring inventory availability, both in head office & branch offices
• Handling incoming items to the warehouse, and ensure they are in good condition
• Checking the items inbound, ensure items are physically present, and recorded on the system
• Do stock opname periodically for all inventories stored
• Manage the inventory cost
• Creating report on the Warehouse & Inventory Control periodically
