Warehouse Manager

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

- Plan, organize, and supervise daily warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, picking, packing, outbound, and reverse logistics.

- Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders in accordance with service standards.

- Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and resource utilization to improve productivity.

- Monitor and manage performance metrics such as order accuracy, inventory accuracy, productivity, and lead time.

- Ensure optimal utilization of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for real-time monitoring and reporting.

- Lead, train, and develop supervisors and warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence.

- Manage shift planning, workforce allocation, and performance evaluations.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and applicable regulations.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Service, Transportation, Finance) to ensure smooth operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

- At least 5–7 years of experience in warehouse/fulfillment operations [ ECOMMERCE/ENABLER] , with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of WMS, inventory control, and logistics operations - Ecommerce

- Proven ability to manage large teams in a dynamic work environment.

- In-depth understanding of inbound, outbound, inventory control, reverse logistics, and overall warehouse management processes.

- Familiar with operational KPI analysis.

- Ability to prepare budgets and manage warehouse operational costs.

- Knowledge of Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE/K3L) regulations and warehouse safety standards.

- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Able to work at SIER, Rungkut Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
