Qualification
- Bachelor degree in any related major
- Fluency in Chinese and English
- Have 2+ years experience as Warehouse Manager
- Have strong leadership, good analytic and problem solving skill
- Have a deep understanding on inventory, warehouse management, and warehouse administration
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and overseeing warehouse operational (inbound, shelving, outbound, returns, and inventory)
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, quality, and regulatory standards
- Collaborating with Shipping and PMC department to ensure efficiency of export and import
- Optimize warehouse layout, processes, and systems to improve efficiency and reduce cost
- Lead, supervise, and train warehouse staff, including supervisors, team leaders, and operators
