WAREHOUSE MANAGER(MANDARIN SPEAKER)

- Industry: Logistics & Warehousing (Specialist in the Automotive Industry)
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound processes.
- Ensure high inventory accuracy and conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve warehouse SOPs and operational processes.
- Manage and optimize warehouse space utilization and workflow efficiency.
- Lead, supervise, and train warehouse staff, including supervisors, team leaders, and operators.
- Plan manpower allocation, shift scheduling, and workforce optimization.
- Monitor and control warehouse operational costs (labor, equipment, consumables).
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and 5S practices.
- Coordinate with internal departments (customer service, transportation, supply chain) and external clients.
- Handle operational issues, exceptions, and customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports (productivity, accuracy, turnaround time, KPIs).
- Support peak season planning, including resource allocation and contingency plans.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse systems (WMS) and equipment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on warehouse operations experience
- Automotive Industry Warehouse experience is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software.
- Experienced with WMS or related warehouse systems.
- Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Proficient in Mandarin (written and spoken).
- Willing to be placed WFO in Bekasi Regency.
