About the Job
- Strategic Planning and System Construction: Develop warehouse development strategies, process standards, and annual plans aligned with company objectives. Establish a comprehensive warehouse management system, design warehouse layouts, and plan equipment allocation to drive standardization and intelligent upgrades, enhancing operational efficiency.
- End-to-End Operations Management: Oversee the complete workflow of inbound/outbound logistics, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Monitor key metrics such as inventory turnover and accuracy, optimize task routing and resource allocation, and ensure smooth, error-free warehouse operations to minimize losses.
- Cost Control and Efficiency Enhancement: Analyze warehouse cost components (labor, equipment, and space) and implement cost-saving initiatives. Streamline processes and integrate automation tools while tracking productivity metrics (e.g., labor efficiency, floor utilization) to continuously improve cost-effectiveness.
- Team Leadership and Risk Mitigation: Manage warehouse team recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Optimize organizational structure to strengthen execution capabilities. Implement safety protocols, address major incidents, and mitigate operational risks to ensure compliance and workplace safety.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Service Excellence: Partner with logistics, sales, and other departments to align supply chain resources and resolve operational bottlenecks. Gather customer insights to refine service processes, elevating satisfaction and competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics & warehouse operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with logical thinking and a proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is required, as this role involves regular communication with China headquarters and cross-border stakeholders.
