The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end warehouse operations to ensure efficient inventory management, accurate stock control, and seamless distribution processes. This role ensures that all warehouse activities are aligned with operational standards, cost efficiency targets, and service level agreements while maintaining strong coordination with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise overall warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
- Ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Develop and implement warehouse operational procedures to support business growth and operational scalability.
- Monitor service level agreements (SLA), performance metrics, and operational deliverables to ensure alignment with company standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives with 3PL partners.
- Oversee transportation planning and coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective product distribution.
- Evaluate existing warehouse processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
- Work closely with Merchandising, Logistics, Inbound, and Sales teams to align warehouse operations with business demand and inventory planning.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination to support product availability, distribution planning, and sales fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree any major.
- Minimum 810 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations, with at least 35 years in a managerial role.
- Having experience handle Fashion or Apparel product
- Proven experience in managing 3PL operations and transportation management.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and logistics operations.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
- English is a Must
- Willing to placement on Bandengan West Jakarta or Jatake - Tangerang.
