- Over-see day-to-day warehouse fulfilment operations, ensuring operational efficiency, reliability and timeliness for all sites across the country. Take full accountability for warehouse financial performance, budget control and country sites profitability
Identify and drive cost savings opportunities and continuous improvement to develop a cost-effective platform. Build and ensure performance metrics and customer targets are met.
- Develops Standard Operating Process (SOP), implements and optimize fulfilment processes, efficiency and costs.
Act as a point of escalation for operational staff. Provide direction and coaching to operational staff.
- Support and lead system projects, including user testing, training and go-live support.
- Manage strategic partnerships, including warehouse contracts, inbound and outbound distribution and licensing requirements.
- Create compliance and ensure operations comply with Brenntag policies, industry regulations and safety standards.
Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
