Role Description

This is a contract, on-site Warehouse Leader role based in Serang Barat. The Warehouse Leader oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing and dispatching goods in a safe, accurate, and timely manner. This role is responsible for managing warehouse staff, coordinating shipping-receiving activities and ensuring proper loading-unloading of products. The Warehouse Leader monitors inventory levels, maintains stock accuracy and ensures proper use of warehouse equipment and space. The role also enforces safety and quality standards, prepares basic reports and collaborates with sales and other operational team to meet service targets.

Qualifications

• Minimal lulusan Diploma 3 dari berbagai jurusan
• Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Kepala Gudang min. 1 tahun di perusahaan distributor FMCG
• Memahami proses inbound-outbound dan inventory control
• Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun berkoordinasi dengan berbagai tim
• Bersedia bekerja senin-sabtu di Serang Barat
