Job Description

Job Responsibility

To supervise and train Store Assistant to carry out daily store transactions effectively.
To supervise and monitoring daily driver schedule for local delivery.
Responsible and taking good conditions of companyâs vehicle.
To implement stock control procedure accordingly.
To implement receiving, issuing, storage and handling procedure.
To coordinate with planner in order to arrange delivery effectively .
To lead the warehouse team.
Plan and execute warehouse process flow accordingly.
To updated all production incoming products as per schedule.
To conduct stock take.
To prepare shipment.
To prepare and submit monthly report on stock and inventory.
To organize and maintain inventory and storage area.
To ensure shipmentâs and inventory transactionâs accuracy.
Determine staffing levels and assign workload.
Identify area of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedure and practices.

Job Requirements

At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience.
Preferably specializing in purchasing/inventory. and warehouse management or equivalent.
Able to operate forklift preferred.
