Warehouse Inventory Lead

Modinity is looking for Warehouse Inventory Lead to join our manufacturing company, PT Alia Digital Printex (Pulo Gadung, East Jakarta).

Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and issuing raw materials.
• Monitor and maintain accurate raw material inventory levels.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and optimize stock usage.
• Ensure proper labeling, tracking, and documentation of all materials.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movement and warehouse activities.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to operational standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse and inventory management, especially for raw materials.
• Proficient in applications such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), MRP (Material Requirement Planning), and inventory management software.
• Possesses the ability to communicate effectively with various teams, including production, purchasing, warehouse, and management.
• Flexible in handling changes in demand or operational disruptions.
• Able to delegate tasks and responsibilities clearly to ensure operational efficiency.
• Fluency in English.
