Job Description

About For Skin's Sake (FSS):

For Skin's Sake is a fast-growing, independent skincare company built on transparency, science, and clean design. We're not here to chase trends — we're here to build a brand that stands the test of time.

We believe in doing things well: thoughtful product development, honest storytelling, and a customer experience that feels personal, elevated, and grounded.

As an agile team, we move quickly, trust each other deeply, and expect a high bar of ownership. If you're ready to help shape the future of skincare in Indonesia and work in an environment that values both craft and candor — we'd love to meet you.

  • Coordinate with Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely dispatch.
  • Monitor pending, urgent, and priority orders to minimize fulfillment delays.
  • Ensure sales orders are processed accurately based on SKU, quantity, and customer requirements.

Warehouse & Inventory Management:

  • Monitor stock discrepancies and coordinate resolution with the inventory team.
  • Oversee product transfers, replenishment, and stock movement to support fulfillment operations.
  • Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving SKUs to optimize product availability.
  • Ensure proper stock rotation and minimize potential fulfillment issues caused by inventory discrepancies.

  • Monitor, control, and develop team performance to ensure high operational efficiency.
  • Manage daily manpower allocation based on sales order volume and operational priorities.
  • Monitor team productivity, work quality, and adherence to operational procedures.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to improve team performance and operational discipline.
  • Ensure the team consistently meets productivity and fulfillment targets.

You Are:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or sales operations, with supervisory experience.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse, inventory, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Experienced in team management, performance monitoring, and manpower allocation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
