Warehouse Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all warehouse operational activities.
• Lead the warehouse team, providing guidance and development to team members.
• Ensure compliance with storage, shipping, and inventory management procedures.
• Conduct regular quality control on stored products to maintain quality standards.
• Plan and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, including quality control measures.
• Oversee warehouse security, stock availability, and report operational activities to management.
• Prepare and analyze inventory reports periodically to evaluate warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership skills to guide the team and drive optimal performance.
• Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• A bachelor&aposs degree in a related field is a plus.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Jubelio, Qianyi, Anchanto, etc.
• Experience in e-commerce warehouse operations (Order Fulfillment).
