Role Description The Warehouse Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Kota Pasuruan. This position is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving incoming materials, verifying documentation, organizing storage locations, and coordinating outgoing shipments according to production and customer requirements. The Warehouse Coordinator will maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular stock checks, and reconcile discrepancies in collaboration with procurement, production, and logistics teams. The role also involves monitoring material handling activities to ensure safe, efficient loading, unloading, and movement of goods, as well as maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment. The Warehouse Coordinator will use warehouse systems or spreadsheets to track inventory, prepare reports, and communicate status updates to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving processes, including documentation, labeling, and coordination with logistics providers.
- Strong Inventory Control and Inventory Management skills, with experience in stock counting, reconciliation, and record accuracy.
- Hands-on experience in Material Handling, including safe operation of warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts where licensed).
- Effective Communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams, vendors, and carriers in a clear and professional manner.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment, preferably within apparel, textiles, or related industries.
- Comfort using basic computer applications and, ideally, warehouse or ERP systems for data entry and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, such as standing for extended periods and safely lifting materials within reasonable limits.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
