Job Summary**
The Warehouse Coordinator at PT Multi Farmindo Jaya will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily warehouse operations at our RPU Megaluh facility, ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and a safe working environment.
Job Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and supervise all incoming and outgoing shipments, including receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Manage inventory control systems, conduct regular stock checks, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize efficiency and accessibility.
- Oversee the picking, packing, and loading of orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulations within the warehouse to maintain a secure working environment.
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., procurement, logistics) to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational efficiency.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity and reduce costs.
Job Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift certification is highly desirable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous tasks as required.
