Warehouse Clerk (GTI)

Job Description:

1. Perform inventory management (cycle counts, stock reconciliation) using WMS/ERP systems.
2. Process incoming/outgoing shipments (verify quantities, inspect goods, update records).
3. Prepare shipping documents, labels, and packing lists.
4. Assist in order fulfillment (picking, packing, dispatching).
5. Maintain accurate digital and physical records of stock movements.
6. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
7. Collaborate with teams to resolve discrepancies and meet deadlines.
8. Finish the other job assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

1. High school or above, have related academic background with supply chain, administration, data science are plus point
2. Having at least 1 year relevant work experience of warehouse administration
3. Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Excel
4. Able to communicate in English for work setting
5. Willing to be placed in Singosari, Malang, East Java
