Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Lead to drive operational excellence across our supply chain network. This role will play a critical part in ensuring efficient distribution, strong inventory control, and high service reliability through data-driven decisions and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to optimize logistics performance, maintain compliance standards, and scale operations effectively.

What You'll Do

  • Design and optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure on-time delivery through close coordination with logistics vendors.
  • Monitor and analyze cost per drop and overall distribution performance.
  • Lead investigations and corrective actions for delivery delays or deviations.
  • Oversee stock management, including regular audits across warehouse locations.
  • Develop and standardize inventory tracking SOPs and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Planning to maintain healthy stock levels.
  • Manage 3PL vendors, including performance reviews, KPIs, and SLAs.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and cold chain standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement through structured problem-solving and data tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Proven experience managing 3PL vendors and logistics partners.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and distribution operations.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
  • Experience in building SOPs, KPIs, and operational processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
