Multi Bintang Indonesia is hiring a Warehouse Administrator, based in Sampang Agung, Mojokerto.

You'll play an important role in ensuring efficient and accurate warehouse operations, from stock management to excise document control, supporting our supply chain performance and compliance.

This role is perfect for someone who's detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about operational excellence in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Job Purpos

eAs a Warehouse Administrator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring data accuracy, smooth material flow, proper documentation, and compliance with excise and safety standards. You'll help maintain operational efficiency and ensure that all warehouse activities run according to company SOPs. #DoSomethingThatMatter

• esPerform regular stock takes as per SOP to maintain data accuracy and product/material traceabilit
• y.Execute receiving, sorting, storing, delivering, and supplying processes to ensure smooth warehouse operation
• s.Ensure all incoming and outgoing materials or shipments are accurate, damage-free, and follow FIFO/FEFO principle
• s.Perform documentation and data processing accurately and on time to maintain proper traceabilit
• y.Manage excise document control and maintain close communication with excise officers to ensure full compliance with government regulation
• s.Conduct performance measurement, reporting, and reviews for your area of responsibility to achieve KPI target
• s.Monitor and maintain good housekeeping and safety standards to ensure a safe and hygienic workplac
