Role Description The Warehouse Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Pondok Aren, responsible for managing and coordinating daily warehouse operations that support Aqobah Travel's services. This role includes receiving, recording, and organizing stock related to travel operations, such as promotional materials, travel kits, and operational supplies. The Warehouse Administrator will monitor inventory levels, ensure accurate stock records, and coordinate with internal teams on stock requests and replenishment. The role involves preparing and dispatching orders, labeling and documenting outgoing items, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. The Warehouse Administrator will also communicate with relevant departments to support timely delivery of materials and provide basic customer service support related to inventory and stock availability.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Stock Control and Inventory Control to ensure accurate receiving, storage, and tracking of all warehouse items.
  • Experience with Inventory Management, including maintaining stock records, monitoring stock levels, and preparing inventory reports.
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with internal teams and support timely responses to stock-related requests.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate documentation and filing of warehouse records.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems is preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Pondok Aren, manage physical tasks in a warehouse setting, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or administrative role is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in logistics, administration, or related fields is a plus.
