As a
Waitress at Zazzy's Pizza, you will be part of the team responsible for delivering friendly, attentive, and efficient service to our guests. You will work closely with the Service, Kitchen, Bar, and Operations teams to ensure every order is handled accurately and every guest feels well taken care of.
This is a hands-on outlet-based role for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced F&B environment, enjoys interacting with guests, and takes pride in delivering great service.
What You'll Experience

What You'll Be Doing
You will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, taking and serving orders, and ensuring that food and beverages are delivered accurately and efficiently.
You will maintain your assigned tables and service areas, respond to guest requests, provide menu recommendations when needed, and coordinate with the Kitchen and Bar teams to ensure smooth service.
You will also assist with setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards, processing guest requests, and supporting the team during busy operational periods.

- Can you communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia
