We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team at Mason Elephant Park & Lodge in Taro, Tegallalang, Gianyar, Bali.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys interacting with guests from diverse backgrounds, and is committed to delivering excellent dining experiences in a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly, creating a positive first impression.
• Present menus, explain menu items, and provide recommendations when needed.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Set up, maintain, and clear tables in accordance with restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization throughout the dining area.
• Respond to guest inquiries, handle minor complaints professionally, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Process guest bills and payments accurately in accordance with company procedures.
• Follow established food safety, hygiene, service, and workplace safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure guest satisfaction and a memorable dining experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, resort, or tourism environment is an advantage.
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Basic knowledge of Food & Beverage service, menu presentation, and serving techniques.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Conversational English proficiency; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Basic food handling knowledge is preferred.
• Well-groomed, professional, reliable, and attentive to detail.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and carry serving trays.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Enthusiastic about working in a nature-based tourism and hospitality environment.
