Requirements
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Minimum 1 (one) year of work experience in a similar capacity in an international luxury hotel brand
- Good communication skills
- Certificate/ Diploma in food and beverage/ hospitality management
- Computer literate
- Motivator and self-starters

- Strong command of the F&B operations
- Good understanding of procurement functions, pricing strategies as well as sales & marketing methods
