We are looking for a versatile, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to join our team in the heart of Canggu. In this combined role, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring our guests have a fantastic dining experience from the moment they walk in until they settle their bill.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming attitude.
- Order Management: Present menus, provide recommendations, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Food Service: Serve orders efficiently and check in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Payment Processing: Manage transactions accurately using our POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Cash Handling: Securely handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and issue receipts or change.
- Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area and the checkout counter.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a customer service role, ideally with exposure to both waitstaff and cashier duties.
- Familiarity with electronic equipment, cash registers, and POS systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to remain active, on your feet, and efficient during busy shifts.
