Vulnerability Remediation Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily vulnerability remediation activities across systems and environments.
• Support a team of engineers covering patch management, vulnerability remediation, backup, and system hardening.
• Ensure remediation task are executed in accordance with defined SLA, timelines, and security policies.
• Coordinate closely with Supervisor and PIC client.
• Monitor task progress, track remediation status, and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Handle technical issues, escalations, and provide guidance for troubleshooting and resolution.
• Ensure proper execution of patching, validation, rollback, and backup readiness processes.
• Maintain operational documentations, reporting, and remediation records.
• Support process adherence and contribute to continuous improvement of remediation workflows.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experiences in IT Operations, vulnerability management, patch management, or infrastructure support.
• Experience in leading or coordinating technical team in operational environment.
• Strong understanding of vulnerability remediation process, patching, and system hardening.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and enterprise IT environment.
• Hands-on experience or exposure to patching tools, backup process, or security operations is a plus.
• Strong problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to work in a shift-based and SLA-driven environment.
• Able to join ASAP is highly prefered.
