Bachelor&aposs degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field or Master&aposs Degree or MBA in Project Management or Civil Engineering Management is preferred.
Experience: 20+ total years of experience in the project management/civil construction project.
Certifications: - Sertifikat Keahlian (SKA) Utama Grade 9 Ahli Teknik Bangunan or Project Management - PMP Project Management Professional
Should be well qualified, experienced, and matured individual with good exposure to construction business management
Must have worked in major organizations/Groups for min of 5 to 6 years at Leadership Position
Fully conversant with the use of technical tools such as Primavera, BIM, SAP, power point presentation, MS Access, SQL, use of Macro/Pivot
Table and other data analysis tools & data base operation.
Fully conversant in setting up construction management process, have handled large/multiple construction site as Project Control Head
Primary experience in carrying system & business integration/analysis/process
creation and management/process simplification, deploy process control tools,
Fully knowledgeable in new technology which are used for construction management
Capable to deploy and manage construction management tools
