The Role

We're looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Instructional Designer with a passion for thrivability to work with our friendly, dynamic team to inspire people around the world to make a better future.

As part of THRIVE, you will have the opportunity to:

Your efforts will enrich our learning and training development content, and help inspire people to create a thrivable future.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and develop engaging instructional materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, guides, and training assets.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex sustainability concepts into easy-to-understand learning content.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify learning objectives and recommend effective instructional strategies.
  • Review, update, and maintain existing learning materials to ensure accuracy and effectiveness. 
  • Ensure all content aligns with THRIVE's mission, values, and branding standards.

Minimum Requirements

  • Proficiency with instructional design tools (e.g., Canva, Articulate 360, Google Workspace, PowerPoint).
  • At least 2 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or a related field.
  • Ability to create clear, structured, and visually appealing educational content.
  • Strong understanding of learning principles and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, etc.).
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred Requirements

  • Fluency in English (preferred).
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
  • The ability to be proactive and self-manage your time.
  • A self-driven mindset to make a better future for all.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills. 
  • Well-developed problem-solving abilities.
