About The Role
What if your voice could directly shape how AI communicates with people around the world We're looking for Voice Recording Specialists to capture natural, clear speech samples that help train the next generation of AI speech systems — making them more human, more accurate, and more capable.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with a clear speaking voice and a reasonably quiet space to record. No voice acting background, no studio equipment, and no prior AI experience required — just your voice and a few hours a week.

What You'll Do
- Record clear, natural voice samples by reading provided scripts and responding to prompts
- Vary your tone, pacing, and delivery style as directed to capture diverse speech patterns
- Participate in both scripted reading sessions and natural conversational recordings
- Ensure all recordings are clean, clear, and free of background noise
- Complete brief metadata forms describing each recording session
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Clear, natural speaking voice — any accent or speech style welcome
- Access to a quiet environment suitable for recording
- A microphone, headset, or smartphone with decent audio quality
- Comfortable reading aloud and being recorded
- Reliable and self-motivated when working independently
- No voice acting, audio production, or AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience in broadcasting, podcasting, narration, teaching, or public speaking
- Familiarity with audio recording tools or software
- Ability to deliver scripted content with varied emotional tone or emphasis
- Background in linguistics, communications, or performing arts
