Visual & Motion Designer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and animate short video clips and animated visual effects.

2. Design engaging 2D virtual assets, including custom avatar frames, chatroom decor, entry effects, stickers, and event badges.

3. Produce crisp daily marketing materials, social media graphics, poster banners, and promotional cover art.

4. Integrate generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Photoshop AI, Stable Diffusion) into your workflow for rapid asset generation, background removal, texture creation, and storyboarding.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience in motion design, visual design, or digital asset creation.

2. Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator

Hands-on experience using AI software (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, DALL-E, Firefly) to streamline asset generation and animation workflows.

3. Strong time management skills to handle high-frequency, lightweight design requests with rapid delivery.

4. Good working proficiency in English to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
