About the Role

Responsible for optimizing retail space rental and VM investment to ensure efficient budget utilization and maximum sales productivity across all store tiers.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage all store rental agreements (cost, duration, location type)
• Evaluate productivity of each rented space vs sales contribution
• Conduct ROI and payback analysis for VM initiatives
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for rental and investment performance
• Improve cost efficiency and sales impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• 2-5 years experience in FMCG, retail, or commercial analysis
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Good communication and stakeholder management

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the FMCG/ beauty or personal care industry
