Role Overview
The Visual Merchandising role will execute SKINTIFIC's visual merchandising strategies specifically
designed for each channel (GT/MTI/MT) across Indonesia. This role plays a vital role in enhancing
SKINTIFIC's brand visibility and appeal in high-traffic, local beauty retail environments, resonating with diverse consumer preferences across different regions. Working closely with commercial and
merchandising teams, this position is pivotal for optimizing brand presence and driving consumer
engagement across channels.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End POSM Deployment Management: Oversee the complete process of POSM deployment across Indonesia, starting from brief requests to final installation and reporting. Ensure smooth execution for GT, MTI, and MT channels, meeting deadlines and aligning with SKINTIFIC's visual standards.
- Brief Evaluation and Planning: Assess incoming POSM briefs, analyzing scope, requirements, and timelines. Collaborate with internal teams—designers, purchasing, planogram, and channel activation teams—to plan and ensure on-time execution for each deployment across all retail channels.
- Coordination Across Teams: Collaboration with internal teams (designers, purchasing, planogram) and external vendors, ensuring that POSM materials are developed, sourced, and produced according to specifications. Work closely with the channel activation and production teams to ensure tight deadlines and timelines set by accounts and stores are met.
- Quality Control and On-Site Supervision: Supervise POSM installation across stores and retail spaces, ensuring that all installations are completed on schedule, meet quality standards, and adhere to SKINTIFIC's brand guidelines.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor the effectiveness of POSM deployments, gathering feedback from sales teams, store owners, and consumers. Analyze performance data to improve and optimize future POSM campaigns and visual displays.
- Vendor and Resource Management: Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring quality, cost-effective sourcing, and timely delivery. Oversee resource allocation with internal teams to ensure POSM materials are produced and delivered within required timelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in visual merchandising with experience in the FMCG/ beauty or personal care industry.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, exceptional communication, and negotiation skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Other Skills: Demonstrable experience managing budgets, optimizing visual displays, and adapting brand messages for diverse cultural and regional audiences.
