This role plays a key part in transforming our showrooms into inspiring home & living experiences ensuring every display tells a story, drives conversion, and reflects the brand's identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store presentation, product visibility, and overall customer experience.
- Analyze the effectiveness of visual displays in relation to sales performance, product highlights, and seasonal promotions.
- Design and execute store layouts, traffic flow, and product zoning to optimize the customer journey from entry to checkout.
- Ensure brand consistency across all retail locations through visual standards, planograms, and display guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Merchandising, and Store Operations teams to align product storytelling with commercial priorities.
- Supervise store VM executions, including installation, maintenance, and updates of visual elements.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to evaluate execution quality and identify improvement opportunities.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors displays, and home & living aesthetics to continuously elevate brand presentation.
- Lead and develop the visual merchandising team to maintain high creative and operational standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Visual Communication Design, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 57 years of experience in visual merchandising or store design, preferably within retail, lifestyle, or home & living industries.
- Strong understanding of store traffic flow, product storytelling, and space planning.
- Excellent sense of aesthetics, color coordination, and display composition.
- Analytical mindset able to interpret sales data and translate it into visual strategies that drive performance.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about interior design, furniture, and home & living trends.
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
