Visual Merchandising Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to create attractive store displays that enhance the customer experience and drive sales. The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining visual displays that align with the company's brand standards and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute eye-catching product displays and store layouts.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained across the store.
• Arrange merchandise according to seasonal themes, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure displays remain fully stocked and visually appealing.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support product launches and promotional events.
• Analyze sales performance and customer behavior to optimize merchandise placement.
• Conduct regular store walkthroughs to identify opportunities for visual improvements.
• Install signage, props, mannequins, and window displays.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive retail environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, fashion, and visual merchandising best practices.

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Interior Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail, or a similar role.
• Experience in gadget, electronics, lifestyle, or retail environments is an advantage.

Skills

• Strong creativity and visual design skills.
• Understanding of retail merchandising principles and consumer behavior.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret sales data and apply insights to merchandising decisions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Time management and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, SketchUp, etc.) is a plus.
