Kreative Assembly is seeking a talented and creative Multimedia Designer with strong Social Media Marketing and Branding sensibility to join our team. Someone who's passionate about design, social media, and crafting engaging visuals for various client brands.
Position: Visual Designer (Social Media and Branding Focus)
Location: Willing to move to Bali and Hybrid Working
What You'll Do
- Create and develop visual and motion content for multiple client brands across social media and digital platforms.
- Design social media posts, campaign visuals, and digital marketing materials.
- Produce and edit short-form videos, simple motion graphics, and reels for social media.
- Capture simple photo and video content using a phone camera for social media purposes.
- Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and account teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
- Stay current with design trends, social media formats, and creative best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Creative Fields (Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, or related).
- Strong portfolio showcasing multimedia works, including social media designs and short videos.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Canva Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Capcut).
- Ability to operate a phone camera for basic photography and videography.
- Keen eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and attention to detail.
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media content trends.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- A collaborative mindset and a keen eye for digital trends.
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external parties
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Is a team-player and possesses a positive attitude towards learning
- Has a strong work ethic and is goal-oriented
- Is committed to building enduring and client-focused relationships
- Possesses a keen eye for detail, especially with regards to visual communication and brand guidelines
- Is able to work in agile and fast-paced environments
- Has excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills; and can multitask effectively
- Must have an interest in learning and growing, and be able to demonstrate reliability, professional conduct, and a strong work ethic
- Willing to move to Bali
