ODISI is a Bali-based seaplane operator preparing to launch premium air connections to destinations across Indonesia. With 30+ years of Canadian seaplane experience and around 10 years in Indonesia, we're building a distinctive travel experience around service, destinations and seaplane travel.

We're looking for a talented Visual Content Creator to become ODISI's regular photography and video resource as we prepare for launch and beyond.

THE ROLE

* Ongoing part-time contract, with flexible scheduling

* Photography and video for shoots, flight days, destinations, events and brand activities

* Primarily Bali, with regular travel to Lombok and nearby islands

* Occasional travel to other Indonesian destinations

* This is a content creation role, not social media management.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Capture high-quality photo and video of aircraft, destinations, guests, events and travel experiences

* Produce both vertical and horizontal content

* Edit and colour-correct selected images

* Organize and maintain photo/video assets and files

* Follow ODISI's visual brand direction

* Work independently while coordinating with the ODISI team

* Follow all safety requirements around aircraft, docks and operational areas

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* Professional experience in photography, videography or visual content

* Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and technical quality

* Travel, destination or lifestyle experience is a plus

* Strong eye for lighting, composition and colour

* Good organizational and file-management skills

* Professional English; Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage

* Own professional photo/video equipment

* Able to travel within Bali and Indonesia

* Eligible to work in Indonesia
