We are currently looking for a Visa Specialist to support an education startup focused on helping Indonesian students pursue higher education abroad. This role will be responsible for managing student visa applications and ensuring a smooth, accurate, and timely visa process.
Requirement:
- Relevant working experience as a Visa Specialist, visa officer, or in education/study abroad services
- Good understanding of student visa processes and requirements (UK, Australia, US, or other destinations is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and well-organized document management
- Able to handle multiple cases and work with deadlines
- Strong communication skills and professional attitude
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Experience in the education / study abroad industry is preferred
Job Description
- Manage end-to-end student visa application processes
- Advise students and parents on visa requirements, documents, and timelines
- Prepare, review, and verify visa documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate with students, parents, partner institutions, and visa centers
- Monitor visa application status and follow up until completion
- Stay updated on visa regulations and policy changes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all visa cases
- Support counselling and admissions teams with visa-related information
