Visa Consultant

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in visa administration, immigration services, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Work Permit (RPTKA/Notification) processes.
• Hands-on experience using the Indonesian Immigration online system.
• Thorough understanding of Indonesian visa categories, stay permits, and immigration requirements.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously while working under deadlines.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with multinational companies or corporate immigration services.
• Knowledge of KITAS, ITAS, MERP, business visas, visit visas, and visa extensions.
• Familiarity with immigration compliance and government regulations.
