Eiger Adventure (EIGER) was established in 1989 as a brand that provides equipment and gear for outdoor enthusiasts. Operating under PT Eigerindo MPI, EIGER was born in Indonesia with the aim of becoming a companion and protector for anyone who wants to explore the tropical wilderness, especially in Indonesia. EIGER also aims to promote the name of Indonesia and the quality of Indonesian products on the international stage, particularly in the fashion retail industry.
About The Job
In this role, you'll take center stage in our online storeconnecting directly with customer and EIGERIAN through
live product showcases,
real-time Q&A, and
interactive product and brand storytelling. You'll collaborate closely with our e-commerce teams to drive
sales,
brand love, and
customer engagement across platforms like
TikTok Shop, Shopee Live.
What You'll Do
- Host live streaming sessions on various e-commerce platforms to showcase EIGER products in an engaging and informative manner.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions, responding to comments, and creating a fun, trust-building environment.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce, and marketing teams to plan content, scripts, and promotional schedules.
- Monitor live stream performance metrics (views, engagement, conversion) and provide feedback to improve future sessions.
- Stay updated with e-commerce trends and social commerce best practices.
You'll Be a Great Fit If You
- Have on-camera confidence and great communication skillscharismatic, articulate, and friendly.
- Are experienced (or willing to learn fast) in live streaming, content creation, or presenting on platforms like TikTok, Shopee, or Instagram.
- Have a genuine interest in outdoor gear, lifestyle fashion, or the EIGER brand spirit.
- Are proactive, energetic, and able to work both independently and as part of a creative team.
- Can work on a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends for peak live times.
