About Role:
The virtual medical representative will be primarily responsible for representing Docquity pharma clients,promoting their nominated brands to doctors via remote detailing (Web meetings, etc.) Their goal is toimprove the doctor's awareness and prescribing of their brands. Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.
Responsibilities
1.Contact and manage a calendar of contacts for web calls
2. Discuss with the doctor brand materials and prescribing information
3. Improve the doctor's knowledge until the point of prescribing
4. Achieve call targets and sales targets
5. Develop ongoing relationships with doctors
6. Develop acceptable standards of product knowledge and TA knowledge
7. Follow-up calls and scheduling of appointments
8. Update the CRM for accurate record-keeping
9. Attend client training sessions for Product and Drug Safety training
10. Achieve KPIs agreed with the Pharmaceutical Client
Qualifications
Any university degree, completed (preferably from medical field e.g. pharmacy, nursing, etc.
2-3 years pharma selling in dermatologists or ENT specialists are preferred.
Proficient in MS Office applications and Google Tools
Detailing experience
Deep understanding of industry regulations and the ability to promote products ethically.
Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining customer relationships.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends andmedical data.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and strategyexecution
