We're hiring: Virtual Assistant & Growth / Lead Generation Support
Good Vibes Surf Club is growing, and we're looking for a proactive VA with a growth mindset to support both our digital growth and on-the-ground brand presence in Bali.
What you'll do
- Respond to bookings and enquiries (email, WhatsApp, DM)
- Write and improve SOPs
- Build simple lead funnels & manage incoming leads/bookings
- Set up and manage email marketing flows
- Set up + manage CRM (HubSpot)
- Research, basic analytics & reporting
- Support onsite content creation (photoshoots at the beach or villa accommodation)
- Coordinate with KOLs / influencers /photographers and support collaborations
What we're looking for
- Experience as a VA, or marketing support
- Tech-savvy and strong with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus)
- Background in travel, lifestyle, hospitality (Bali culture experience)
- Responsive, organised, hands-on, and takes initiative
- Comfortable switching between remote work and onsite support
- Strong English writing skills
