Role Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Business Development of VIP User to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone with exceptional communication skills, capable of swiftly resolving non-technical issues, and adept at calming and understanding the needs of VIP users. You will play a crucial role in increasing company revenue through attractive top-up offers and events.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and be familiar with the characteristics of VIP users (Big R) in the target region, able to develop effective user operation strategies according to user needs, design operation and activity plans that align with user characteristics, and effectively implement them;
- Establish long-term connections and maintain customer relationships with high-net-worth VIP users. Through close cooperation and interaction with users, deeply explore user needs, summarize user pain points based on user needs, and formulate targeted solutions;
- Collaborate with the operation team to conduct data analysis on VIP users and guide the formulation and adjustment of strategies;
- Ensure timely response and service delivery to VIP users, and coordinate with other teams to support user needs at earliest convenience.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of the livestream, 1+ years of relevant work experience in user operation, client service, business development, sales;
- Proficient in business development and negotiation, strong communication in verbal and written;
- Excellent in coordination, empathy, and execution skills, creative, initiative-taking, and able to make quick decisions;
- Ability to identify problems and solve them in a timely manner, with a strong sense of service orientation;
- Ability to work independently but also as part of a team, flexible and adaptable to changing consumer needs;
- Results-oriented, capacity to work under pressure.
