Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement patient engagement strategies targeting high-net-worth individuals in Indonesia.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP patients and key stakeholders.
- Design and execute personalized engagement initiatives and exclusive experiences for priority patients.
- Coordinate seamless healthcare journeys for patients traveling overseas for treatment.
- Expand and manage a strong network within luxury, lifestyle, and hospitality sectors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional patient experience and service quality.
- Identify new opportunities to strengthen patient acquisition and retention.
- Monitor patient engagement activities and provide regular reports on programme performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 812 years of experience in relationship management, luxury hospitality, concierge services, private banking, or healthcare engagement roles.
- Strong network within high-net-worth communities in Indonesia is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in managing premium client relationships and delivering high-touch service.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage complex arrangements and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
