Job Description

Yolla Hospitality is looking for a Villa Supervisor to join our fast-growing team!

AVAILABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY!

Basic Salary (probation period of 3 months): Rp. 4.500.000, -/ month.

Basic Salary (after probation): Rp. 6.000.000, -/ month, upon successful completion of the probation period, full coverage under BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan will be provided. 48 (forty eight) hours per week, working 6 (six) days with 1 (one) day off each week.

Position Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
  • Proven supervisory experience in hospitality operations, with strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms. Strong English is a must. Strong organisational, scheduling, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and G-Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs).
  • Capability of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Readiness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Currently located in Bali.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily villa operations to ensure smooth, efficient workflows and high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Supervise, schedule, and evaluate villa staff to ensure productivity, punctuality, and adherence to operational standards.
  • Conduct daily inspections of the property to ensure it is well-maintained, clean, and in optimal condition.
  • Coordinate and monitor all maintenance activities, promptly addressing plumbing, electrical, and structural issues in collaboration with relevant vendors or internal teams.
  • Maintain and update inventory of supplies and equipment; ensure timely procurement and replenishment.
  • Manage villa utility payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure all equipment is in good working condition; report and follow up on any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new and existing employees, ensuring compliance with SOPs.
  • Maintain a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging communication, teamwork, and accountability.
  • Monitor adherence to company policies and grooming standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of staff attendance, performance, and training records.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce unnecessary costs.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager by providing regular updates on operational matters, staff performance, and suggestions for improvement.
