Villa Supervisor – IBU The Sanctuary (Ubud Area)Overview

We are looking for an experienced Villa Supervisor to oversee daily villa operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The role will be responsible for maintaining luxury hospitality standards, leading the villa team, and ensuring smooth operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily villa operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
  • Lead, supervise, and support villa staff to deliver excellent service standards
  • Manage guest arrivals, departures, requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally
  • Conduct regular villa inspections to ensure cleanliness, quality, and readiness
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
  • Manage inventory, supplies, staff schedules, and operational planning
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
  • Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, villa, or resort operations
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong understanding of luxury guest service standards
  • Ability to work independently and handle operational challenges
