Villa Operations Staff

Role Description The Villa Operations Staff role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tabanan. This role is responsible for overseeing daily villa operations, including coordinating housekeeping and maintenance schedules, monitoring inventory and supplies, and ensuring facilities are clean, safe, and well-presented. The Villa Operations Staff will support guest services, handle basic inquiries, and collaborate with other team members to deliver a smooth and welcoming experience. The position also involves liaising with suppliers, tracking operational needs, and reporting any issues or improvements to management. Consistent presence on-site, attention to detail, and an organized approach to daily tasks are essential.

• Ability to manage day-to-day Operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and facility oversight.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with colleagues, support guests, and maintain positive working relationships.
• Sound Analytical Skills to assess operational issues, prioritize tasks, and contribute to process improvements.
• Effective Communication skills for clear written and verbal updates, coordination with suppliers, and guest interaction.
• Customer Service orientation with a focus on hospitality, responsiveness, and maintaining a welcoming villa environment.
• High level of reliability, punctuality, and ability to work on-site in Tabanan on a full-time schedule.
• Basic computer literacy for managing reports, schedules, and operational documentation.
• Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or operations support is an advantage.
• Ability to perform light physical tasks related to villa upkeep and inspections.
