Villa Manager K Club Group

Location: Cemagi, Bali.

We are seeking a proactive and experienced on-site Villa Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of 13 Luxury Villas, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and effective team management. This role is ideal for a service-driven professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all daily villa operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery
  • Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction by proactively managing guest needs, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate villa staff, ensuring productivity, grooming standards, and full compliance with SOPs
  • Coordinate and manage housekeeping, engineering, security, and front-of-house teams to ensure villas are always guest-ready
  • Oversee bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and guest communications across all platforms
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure operational excellence, safety standards, and quality control across the property
  • Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control in alignment with operational and budgetary requirements
  • Work closely with senior management to implement service enhancements and uphold luxury hospitality standards
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and hospitality standards

Requirements:

  • Based in Bali (on-site position)
  • Native spoken/written Bahasa Indonesia and fluent in English communication
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in hospitality operations, preferably as a Villa Manager or in a senior supervisory role
  • Strong background in luxury hospitality is highly preferred
  • Professional, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of leading and managing a team effectively
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and guest-relations skills
  • Computer literate (MS Office; experience with property management systems is an advantage)
