Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist in tracking production timelines, deliverables, and project updates across multiple titles.
Support coordination between internal teams and external production houses.
Help organize and maintain production documents, trackers, schedules, and approval materials.
Assist in monitoring post-production, trailer, marketing asset, and delivery progress.
Help prepare meeting notes, follow-up lists, and project recap documents.
Conduct light competitor or content reference research when needed.
Provide general day-to-day support for the Vidio Original Series production team.

Requirements

Final-year student or fresh graduate from Film, Communication, Media, Broadcasting, Production, or related fields.
Interested in series, film, OTT platforms, and the entertainment industry.
Strong administrative skills.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
Good communication skills and comfortable coordinating with different teams.
Familiar with Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
