Role Description The Videographer & Editor Intern will support the creation of high-quality visual content that aligns with Seiso's brand and client projects. This internship role is on-site and based in Banten, Indonesia. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and shooting video content, capturing on-site footage, and collaborating with the team to develop storyboards and concepts. The intern will edit videos for various digital platforms, apply motion graphics or basic effects as needed, and ensure all content is optimized for online use. The role also involves organizing media assets, maintaining equipment, and contributing creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling for marketing and client-facing materials.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in videography, including camera operation, lighting, and audio recording for on-site shoots.
• Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools) and basic motion graphics.
• Understanding of digital content best practices, including formatting for social media, websites, and other online platforms.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, composition, and design, with attention to detail and consistency with brand guidelines.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, receive and implement feedback, and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Multimedia, Film, Design, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of IT or interest in technology and digital business processes is a plus.
• Willingness to work on-site in Banten, Indonesia and adapt to a fast-paced, consulting-focused environment.
