Position: Videographer & Photographer

Job Summary

The Videographer & Photographer is responsible for planning, capturing, and producing high-quality photo and video content that showcases the brands, products, services, and experiences across Yacht Sourcing, By & Large, and Legends Bistro & Sports Bar. The role focuses on major campaigns, special events, premium product shoots, and branded storytelling while working closely with the Marketing team and Web & Multimedia Designer.

Job Description

● Plan and execute professional photo and video shoots for marketing campaigns, brand launches, special events, and promotional activities.

● Capture high-quality visual content for premium products and experiences, including but not limited to yachts, phinisi vessels, hospitality, food & beverage, and lifestyle brands.

● Collaborate with the Marketing team and Web & Multimedia Designer to develop creative concepts and visual storytelling aligned with each brand's identity.

● Edit and produce high-quality photo and video content, including post-production, color correction, retouching, color grading, audio enhancement, and final formatting for digital and print marketing materials.

● Manage and organize media assets, ensuring all files are properly archived and readily accessible for future use.

Requirements

● Minimum 2 years of experience in professional photography and videography.

● Strong portfolio showcasing commercial photography and video production.

● Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, or equivalent editing software.

● Experience operating professional camera, lighting, gimbal, audio, and drone equipment is an advantage.

● Knowledge of graphic design and proficiency in graphic design software will be an advantage.

● Strong creative eye for composition, lighting, storytelling, and brand aesthetics.

● Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

● Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, when required for events or production schedules.

● Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Photography, Film, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field is a plus.
